Jannie Benda

Jannie Benda is an experienced professional with a robust background in onboarding, master data management, and HR consultancy. Currently serving as the Head of Onboarding at NOVASOL since June 2021, Jannie focuses on contract onboarding, process optimization, and master data quality, alongside employee development. Prior experience at DCC Energi A/S from 1990 to June 2021 included leadership of a team in business support, specializing in process optimization, stakeholder management, and HR administration. Jannie also held various HR roles at A/S Dansk Shell, contributing to the HR administration and support for multiple business areas. With strong competencies in empathy, responsibility, and structured organization, Jannie is recognized for being proactive and solution-oriented while effectively utilizing diverse IT tools.
