Paloma R.

Paloma R. is a skilled customer service professional with extensive experience in e-learning and language instruction. Currently a Customer Service Agent at NOVASOL since February 2022, Paloma has also worked in customer support roles at Comdata Group, focusing on the retail sector. Prior to this, Paloma served as an E-Learning Tutor at Grupo Euroformac and FOREM CLM, delivering courses in English and German. Additional roles include teaching English to vocational training students at Cesur and creating tailored customer service training programs with Adecco Training. A participant in the "Málaga Bilíngüe" program, Paloma has contributed to enhancing English language skills in the tourist sector. Paloma holds a Licenciatura in Filología Inglesa from the Universidad de Málaga and participated in an Erasmus program at Liverpool John Moores University.
