Elena Trukhina

Elena Trukhina is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in marketing, corporate relations, and management across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Co-CEO of Novastone Capital Advisors since February 2019, Elena has been instrumental in establishing the company's entrepreneurship through acquisition program. Prior to this role, Elena held multiple leadership positions at Philip Morris International from 2012 to January 2019, focusing on corporate relations and marketing strategies for reduced risk products, as well as overseeing brand management and market strategy in diverse regions. Other notable experiences include managing director roles at the Interpublic Group in Moscow and marketing director positions at Nestlé and SABMiller Europe, demonstrating a strong track record in brand development and strategic marketing. Elena holds an EMBA from IMD and a Bachelor's degree from Kuban State University.
