James Kelly Frazier, CPA

James Kelly Frazier, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. James Kelly currently serves as the Head of Technical Accounting at Novatae Risk Group, where they are responsible for handling mergers and acquisitions, software upgrades, and managing the month-end close process. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Innovate5G.

From 2017 to 2021, Frazier was the Division Controller at Aviation Technical Services, where they reported all financial activity and worked closely with the Division GM. In addition, they gained experience as a Broker Owner at The Frazier Group, LLC, where they managed accounting records, prepared financial reports, and tax returns.

Frazier also served as the Acting Controller at Thomas, Edwards Group, where they converted the accounting system and implemented controls on inventory and material tracking. James Kelly held the position of Manager/Director of Accounting and Finance at Seeking New Opportunity and worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Verizon Business, developing analytics and assisting engineering groups in budgeting and forecasting efforts.

Earlier in their career, Frazier was the Property/Project Accounting Manager at MCI Telecommunications, overseeing project accounting and assisting engineers with budgeting. James Kelly also worked at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) RTC, first as the Director of Financial Operations and then as an Accounting Manager.

Frazier's experience also includes serving as the Controller at SouthCoast Properties, where they managed financial processing, reporting, and special projects for multiple entities.

Throughout their career, Frazier has demonstrated expertise in financial management, reporting, and analysis, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

James Kelly Frazier, CPA has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from the University of Louisiana Monroe. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (obtained from AICPA). James Kelly has also obtained a Real Estate Brokers License from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
