Richard Kerr

Richard Kerr has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Richard is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Novatae Risk Group since November 2022. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at MarketScout from 2000 onwards, including Chairman and CEO. At MarketScout, they were responsible for managing multiple divisions and investing in InsurTech ventures. From 2010, they served as the Chairman of MarketScout Wholesale, LLC, where they implemented a unique distribution model. Richard also served as the CEO of Lambert Fenchurch, overseeing all North American operations and implementing acquisition strategies. Richard started their career at Sedgwick, where they worked as the President. Additionally, they have contributed as an Advisory Board Member at Florida State University - College of Business since 2015.

Richard Kerr has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Risk Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
