Marty Moyer has extensive experience in operations and management, currently holding a position in Operations at Novatec since March 2021. Prior to this, Marty served as a Shift Production Manager at Glass Enterprises Inc. for a brief period in early 2021. Extensive tenure at Berger Building Products spans from 2007 to 2021, starting as a marketing, quality, sales, and technical representative before advancing to Supervisor. Earlier experience includes a decade as a Field Technician at Total Containment, Inc. Marty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Widener University, earned between 1987 and 1991.
