Steve Ryan

Steve Ryan serves as the Coating & Insulation Superintendent at NOVATEK since April 2021, managing various insulation, protective fireproofing, architectural insulation systems, and protective coatings. Steve previously held the position of Quality Coordinator at SinoStruct from November 2020 to April 2021, and prior to that served as the South East Asia & Pacific Area Manager at Royal Blvd, enhancing the company’s supply presence in fresh/frozen food and medical supplies. With extensive experience as a Senior Coatings Inspector at SinoStruct and Managing Director of SR Protective Coatings Pty Ltd, Steve has demonstrated a strong background in the coatings industry. Educationally, Steve completed a School Certificate in Engineering at Tauranga Boys College from 1984 to 1987, complemented by full-time studies in the Chinese language.
