Erica Paslay

Erica (Jacobs) Paslay, MPA, serves as the Capital Project Manager at Novato Sanitary District since January 2024, following a role as Project Manager with the City of Petaluma from August 2022 to September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Management Analyst for the City of Sonoma, where management of planning initiatives and special projects for the City Manager's office was undertaken. Erica's extensive background at King County includes positions such as Special Projects Manager III, focused on developing regional trails, and Capital Project Manager III, where management of regional wastewater infrastructure projects took place. Contributions to performance measurement as Lead for Balanced Scorecard reporting and interim Program Manager for the Infiltration/Inflow Control Program further highlight Erica's adeptness in managing complex projects and stakeholder relations. Erica holds a Master of Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance, University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Western Washington University.
