Tomi Mahkonen

Tomi Mahkonen has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in customer service, human resources, and ICT. Tomi started their career as an Electronics Technician at CPS Elektroniikka Oy in 1994 and worked there until 1999. Tomi then joined the Ministry of Defence of Finland, where they served as a Sergeant and Telecommunications Technician Team Leader from 1999 to 2000. Tomi returned to CPS Elektroniikka Oy as an Electronics Technician from 2000 to 2005 before joining Novatron Oy. At Novatron Oy, they held multiple positions including Service Manager from 2005 to 2016, Customer Service and ICT Manager from 2016 to 2017, and Customer Service and ICT Director from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Tomi is the Human Resources Director at Novatron, a role they have held since June 2021.

Tomi Mahkonen attended Rastor Oy from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Work Technician. During their time at Rastor Oy, they also obtained a Safety card certification in January 2013.
