Anar Murphy

Anar Murphy, PhD, CMPP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Medical Communications and Publications at Novavax, Inc. and as a consulting medical writer for TMRW Life Sciences. With extensive experience in scientific communication, Anar has developed strategic publication plans, evaluated scientific merit for peer-reviewed literature, and fostered collaborations across various departments and organizations. Previous roles include Senior Scientific Editor at The New York Academy of Sciences, Developmental Editor at John Wiley and Sons, and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at NYU Langone Medical Center. Anar holds a PhD in Molecular Oncology/Biomolecular Chemistry from New York University, a Master of Science in Immunology from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Oncology from the same institution. Additionally, Anar has contributed to the academic community as an adjunct professor and has authored numerous scholarly articles throughout a distinguished career in both research and publication.
