Geraldine Jay Hall, M.B.A., CSCP has extensive experience in external manufacturing operations and supply chain management. Geraldine Jay currently serves as the Director, External Manufacturing Operations at Novavax Inc, where they oversee contract manufacturing organizations producing COVID-19 vaccines and manages a $36M budget. Previously, they held various roles at Merck, including Associate Director of External Manufacturing Operations and Associate Director of External Manufacturing Supply Chain Lead. In these positions, they led teams in managing external manufacturing operations, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Geraldine Jay also has experience in supply chain planning, logistics optimization, and manufacturing productivity improvement.

Geraldine Jay Hall, M.B.A., CSCP pursued their education at Eastern University from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Central Missouri. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from Merck, obtained in May 2019.
