Lisa Golden

Lisa Golden has over 27 years of work experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Lisa currently holds the position of Vice President of Clinical Operations at Novavax, starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an Executive Director, Sr. Director, and Director of Clinical Operations at Novavax.

Before joining Novavax, Lisa served as a Senior Director of Global Head Project Management Office at ICON plc from January 2019 to October 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Clinical Project Management at ICON plc from June 2012 to June 2018.

Lisa also has experience working at Pfizer as a Clinical Project Manager from July 2010 to June 2012, at inVentiv as a Global Project Manager from July 2008 to July 2010, at ExecuPharm as a Senior Study Manager from July 2007 to July 2008, at Merck as a Medical Program Coordinator from August 2001 to July 2007, at Wyeth as a Senior Clinical Scientist from April 1999 to August 2001, at SmithKline Beecham Corporation as a Clinical Data Coordinator from April 1997 to April 1999, and at Montgomery Hospital as a Registered Respiratory Therapist from April 1994 to April 1997.

Throughout their career, Lisa has gained extensive experience in clinical operations, project management, and coordination of medical programs.

Lisa Golden has a BS degree in Health Science/Respiratory Therapy from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
