Previously, Rashidah held multiple leadership roles at AstraZeneca, including Senior Director of Adjuvant Supply Planning & Network Strategy and Director of Supply Chain Management, where responsibilities encompassed new product launches and coordinating cross-functional teams for global market introductions. Rashidah's career at Merck contributed to the global supply chain management of oncology products, operational improvements, and change initiatives promoting inclusivity through training and process optimization. Rashidah obtained an MBA in Management from Eastern University, an MS in Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs from Temple University, and a BS in Biology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
