Andrea Carolina Pizarro Rada has extensive experience in human resources and business partnership roles. Currently serving as Socio de negocio (HRBP) at Novaventa since May 2022, Andrea previously held various positions at Grupo Lactalis from September 2018 to April 2022, including Especialista de Adquisición y Desarrollo de talento and Analista de RR. HH. Andrea began their career at EDUTIN Inc. as Coordinador de cursos y organizacional. Academically, Andrea holds a degree in Ingeniería industrial from Universidad Simón Bolívar and has furthered education with a Diplomado in Gerencia del talento humano and a Master’s in Gerencia del talento humano from the same institution.
