Irma Lucía Toro Restrepo is a seasoned digital experience leader currently serving as Líder de Experiencia Digital at Novaventa, where responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary team focused on user-centered design through Service Design and Design Thinking methodologies. With an extensive background in academia, Irma teaches Digital Business at Universidad Externado de Colombia, covering topics such as digital transformation, e-commerce, and omnichannel strategies. Irma's prior roles include consulting for tech-based startups, leading digital CRM and marketing strategies for Renault Colombia, and directing e-commerce strategies at QBE Insurance.
