Isabelle Pons

Isabelle Pons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive support and administration, currently serving as the Assistant to the General Director and the Founder President at Novaxia since February 2025. Prior to this role, Isabelle held the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO at Vivet Therapeutics from March 2017 to January 2025. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Executive Assistant at QIAGEN, providing support to both the General Manager and the VP of Market Development Management for EMEA, as well as positions in sales and marketing assistance at Digene Corporation and Hutchison Telecoms. Isabelle holds an Executive MBA in Human Resource Management from VISIPLUS academy and a DAEFLE degree from the Alliance Française de Paris.
