Currently serving as the General Manager of Digital & Customer Experience at Novel Jewels, part of the Aditya Birla Group, John utilizes advanced technology and data-driven insights to enhance customer journeys. Previously, as Vice President of Digital Transformation at Keshav Global Group, John collaborated with executives to optimize business processes. In earlier roles, leadership was demonstrated at Angara Ecommerce Pvt. Ltd., Hiranandani, and Amazon, focusing on customer experience, sales, and digital initiatives. John holds an MBA from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.
