Joe Johnson is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor at Novel Law and Chairman at International Packaging Incorporated, Joe also holds the position of Founder at Noble, a holding company focused on acquiring founder-operated businesses in the upper Midwest. Previous roles include President of Ostra Cybersecurity, Co-Founder of Colonial Park Partners, Advisor at White Crane Construction and Givvor, CEO of Luminara, EVP of Strategy & Business Development at OHC, and COO of L&L Candle Company. Joe holds a Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership & Management from the University of St. Thomas.
