Aaron Kneeland

Aaron Kneeland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing disciplines. Currently serving as the Global OT Enterprise Solutions Manager at Novelis since March 2022, Aaron previously held the position of Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Vertiv Co from June 2014 to June 2022. Prior roles at Therma-Tru Doors included Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Associate Process Engineer, and Process Engineering Specialist, with an internship in Process Engineering/Continuous Improvement in June 2008. Aaron holds a Six Sigma Black Belt in Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.
