Andy Kapp

Andy Kapp has over 17 years of experience in engineering and reliability roles, currently serving as Sr. Manager Reliability and RCoE Leader at Novelis since April 2006. In this position, Andy oversees the Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, and Automation projects, emphasizing safe operations and enhancements to plant production capacities. Previously, Andy held the role of Reliability Engineer at Novelis, where responsibilities included developing programs to improve equipment and process reliability. Before joining Novelis, Andy worked as a Remote Vibration Analyst at Emerson, establishing initial vibration programs for customers and providing ongoing analysis. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
