Bruna Varella

Bruna Varella is an experienced Internal Communications Manager at Novelis, with a tenure starting in June 2017 and a focus on delivering strategic culture and communication solutions across South America. In addition to managing internal communications, Varella is an active member of the NSA Diversity & Inclusion steering committee, promoting an inclusive work environment to attract and retain diverse talent. Previously, Varella held various roles at Johnson & Johnson from January 2011 to June 2017, leading corporate affairs, social responsibility, and internal communications campaigns. Early experience includes a communications and human resources internship at Mars. Varella holds several relevant qualifications, including a leadership development program certificate from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Yellow Belt certification from Fundação Vanzolini.
