Dave MacAdam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio and project management within the R&D sector. Currently serving as the Director of Portfolio Management for Global R&D at Novelis since April 2011, Dave leads the expansion of enterprise PPM solutions and integrates data-driven processes that enhance project valuation, prioritization, and execution. Previously, as Director of Innovation Strategy, Dave developed a comprehensive innovation framework, actively promoting cross-departmental collaboration through the Corporate Innovation Council. With a solid background in engineering and a dual degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Emory University, Dave's previous roles at Integrated Device Technology Inc. further demonstrate proficiency in managing resources, directing research projects, and implementing innovative strategies.
