Deepa Sanjeev

Deepa Sanjeev, CCP GRP, serves as the Senior Manager for Compensation & Benefits for the US and Canada at Novelis since August 2021, and also holds the role of Senior Manager for Global Compensation, overseeing compensation strategy, job evaluations, and performance management across four global regions. Prior to Novelis, Deepa worked at Southern Company as a Compensation Supervisor and Senior Compensation Consultant, leading teams and supporting strategic compensation initiatives. Deepa’s experience includes a tenure at Korn Ferry as a Senior Consultant and various roles focused on compensation analytics and market competitiveness at Southern Company and Georgia Institute of Technology. Early career positions included roles in human resources and compensation at Aricent and ANZ Information Technology, following an initial position in trade sales at TITAN COMPANY LIMITED. Deepa holds a Master's degree in Management Studies with a focus on Business and Finance from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Madras.
