Dinesh Nair

Dinesh Nair has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Starting in 2005, they worked at L&T Infotech as a Sr. Software Engineer, where they started as a trainee and grew to become a Senior Consultant specializing in PeopleSoft technology and Oracle RDBMS. Dinesh had the opportunity to work with both international and domestic customers during their time there. In 2010, they joined IBM as a Consultant, focusing on providing consultancy on PeopleSoft architecture, systems analysis, and suggesting solutions for PeopleSoft Upgrade and Implementations. Dinesh also took on a lead role in consulting on PeopleSoft security. In 2011, they moved to Hexaware Technologies as a Technical Architect, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined Randstad USA as a Sr. Peoplesoft Administrator and continued in that role until 2021. Currently, they are the HRIS Lead - Data Integrations at Novelis, a position they started in 2022.

Dinesh Nair completed their Bachelor's of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering from 2001 to 2005. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2021, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2019, and various cybersecurity and blockchain certifications from Lynda.com.
