Eric Truell

Eric Truell has extensive experience in the manufacturing and production industry, currently serving as an RM dept. SM1 Operator and forklift trainer at Novelis since July 2005. In this role, Eric has also led the Behavior Based Safety (BBS) process as a facilitator in the Remelt department and has operated various equipment, including forklifts and molten metal delivery trucks. Prior to Novelis, Eric worked at Leroi Inc. as a shop supervisor, manufacturing body jewelry, and at Nestle Foods as a production machine operator focusing on food product preparation. Eric began formal education at Oswego High School, graduating in 1982.
