Ivanisa Baeta

Ivanisa Baeta serves as the VP of Tax at Novelis since April 2020, overseeing all aspects of U.S. tax operations. Prior to this role, Ivanisa held the position of Director of Tax Operations at Novelis Inc. from November 2017 to April 2020, where responsibilities included ensuring accurate tax reporting for external submissions and leading tax technology improvements globally. Ivanisa's experience also encompasses various roles at Novelis South America, including Tax Manager, focusing on tax planning, restructuring, and compliance in the region. Previous positions include Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where international tax consulting services were provided, and a Tax Consultant role at PwC from 1998 to 2003. Ivanisa holds an Executive MBA from Insper and several undergraduate degrees in Law, Accounting, and Business Administration.
