Jared Richardson

Jared Richardson, M.A., serves as a Senior Talent Management Specialist at Novelis since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at The University of Georgia, where responsibilities involved conducting research in leadership and performance dynamics as well as assisting with various courses in the I-O Master’s Program. At Emory University, Jared held the position of Assistant Dean, managing the university-wide transfer admissions process and counseling over 1,100 prospective applicants annually. Furthermore, as Assistant Director for the ALPHA Minority Youth Engineering Program, Jared negotiated significant funding partnerships, securing over $150,000 annually for five years. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Georgia, a Master of Arts in Visual Media & Film from Emory University, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from The Ohio State University.
