Jim Deeds

Jim Deeds is a seasoned professional in learning and talent development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Learning and Development at Novelis since January 2017, Jim establishes and executes enterprise-wide strategies for learning and talent development programs. As the Owner of Deeds Consulting, LLC since July 2013, Jim provides consulting services aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Learning Services at T. Rowe Price and Relationship Manager at TrainingPros, among others, where Jim led teams and initiatives focused on leadership development, succession planning, and organizational improvement. Jim holds a Master of Science in Organizational Effectiveness from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Penn State University.
