John Carsley

John Carsley is a Principal Scientist and R&D Manager at Novelis since July 2019, specializing in Materials Technology with a focus on Metallurgy. Prior to Novelis, John served as a Staff Researcher at General Motors from 1997 to July 2019 and held the position of Visiting Assistant Professor at Michigan Technological University in 1996-1997. John completed a Ph.D. in Metallurgy at Michigan Technological University, where studies were conducted from 1984 to 1996.
