Justin Neilson

Justin Neilson has a diverse work experience in various industries. Justin is currently working as an IT Applications Lead at Novelis since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Southern Marsh Collection as a Director of Ecommerce from February 2020 to October 2022, as a Lead Analyst from July 2018 to February 2020, and as a Database Architect from November 2017 to June 2018. Justin also served as a Graduate Assistant at LSU College of Engineering from January 2016 to May 2017. Before that, they worked as a Lean Transformation Intern at Bimbo Bakeries USA and as an Industrial Engineering Research Assistant at LSU College of Engineering in 2015. In 2014, Justin worked as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. Their earliest work experience was as a Barista at Starbucks from January 2012 to May 2014.

Justin Neilson has a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University. Justin also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, which they obtained from the same university in 2015. Additionally, they have a certification as a Lean Green Belt from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers.
