Kristina Schau

Kristina Schau MS is an accomplished professional in the field of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), currently serving as a Global Senior EHS Specialist at Novelis since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading global EHS communication and hand safety initiatives. Prior roles include Senior EHS Specialist and Manufacturing Unit Representative at Takeda, and significant contributions to safety training and compliance at Shire, including the development of Safety Leadership Training adopted by the Global EHS team. Kristina has also held positions focused on EHS program implementation and safety engineering at CR Bard and COOK Medical, respectively, and gained early experience as an EHS intern at COOK Pharmica LLC. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Health and Safety with a concentration in Occupational Safety Management and a Bachelor of Science in Safety Management, both from Indiana State University.
