Marilen Endicott

Marilen Endicott serves as the Senior Director of Global Learning & Development at Novelis, where responsibility includes leading initiatives in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, and culture transformation. Prior roles at Novelis include Director of Talent Management for the North America Region and Global Talent Management Organization Effectiveness Senior Manager, focusing on talent acquisition, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning. Previously at Accenture, Marilen held various positions, including Global Retain and Engage Talent Manager and Organization Development Manager, where significant contributions were made to employee engagement, retention strategies, and large-scale organizational changes. Marilen's career began as a Change Management Consultant at Organization Effectiveness Consulting and as a Test and Measurement Specialist at the Miami-Dade School of Justice Assessment Center. Marilen holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University.
