Nancy Peltz

Nancy Peltz has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Nancy began working at First Data Resources in 1995 as a Regional Learning Manager until 1998. After that, they joined The Home Depot and held the position of Sr. Learning and Development Manager from 1998 to 2009, and later became the Manager of Talent Management until 2010. Currently, they are working at Novelis where they have held various roles. Nancy started as the Leadership Development Program Manager from 2010 to 2012, then became the Sr. Manager of Global Talent Development, and finally the Director of Global Talent Development from July 2014 till present.

Nancy Peltz obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Nancy later pursued a Master of Science degree in Organization Management from Capella University, which they completed in 2010.
