Noel Hoxie

Noel Hoxie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and business systems engineering. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Excellence at Novelis since July 2018, Noel leads a team to enhance supply chain processes and analytics. Previous roles include Digital Manager and Sr. IT Application Specialist at Novelis, solutions consultant at Accenture, and global business systems engineer at Gates. Noel co-founded Hoxie Pilates in 2023 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from North Carolina State University and an M.B.A. in Marketing Analytics from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
