Nydia R.

Nydia R. currently serves as the HR Director for Global Manufacturing Excellence and R&D at Novelis, with a focus on people strategy in collaboration with Global Procurement and Global IT organizations. Nydia has extensive experience leading talent management, organizational effectiveness, and learning and development initiatives, while also overseeing the construction and transition to Novelis's New Global Headquarters Office. Previously, Nydia held various roles at Siemens, including Talent Management Partner and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included fostering talent management, supporting leadership development, and implementing HR workforce planning across several organizational units. Nydia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
