Per Granath

Per Granath has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Per started their career in the Swedish army as a Captain for eight years. Later, they worked as a Human Resource Manager for Ericsson from July 1999 to April 2003. From there, they joined Ovako Steel AB as the Human Resource Director for two years. In 2005, they joined Sandvik, where they held various positions including Human Resource Manager, Manager of Talent and Performance Management, and Head of Talent and Performance. In September 2016, they became the Superintendent (skolchef) for the Municipality of Söderhamn, and later, in September 2017, they were promoted to Chief Executive Officer until October 2018. In 2019, they became the CEO Owner of A Green Thing AB. Per is currently working as the VP of Human Resources for Suzuki Garphyttan, starting in October 2019.

Per Granath completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Karlstad University between 1993 and 1996.
