Ralf Hunke

Ralf Hunke is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in plant management within the automotive sector. Currently serving as Plant Manager & Director of Operations at Novelis since February 2023, Ralf previously held the position of Plant Manager Lead Plants and Director of Operations at ZF Friedrichshafen, overseeing two lead plants and leading significant restructuring and recovery efforts. Ralf's extensive career includes a long tenure at Stabilus, where roles ranged from Plant Manager Headquarters to General Manager and Sales Key Account Manager for the FIAT Group. Ralf holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Production Engineering from Technical University and additional qualifications in economics and methods/organization/work study.
