Scott Ballard

Scott Ballard has over three decades of experience in supply chain management, primarily with Novelis since October 2011, where Scott currently serves as Senior Manager - Integrated Planning - Supply Chain. In this role, Scott oversees teams responsible for demand and master planning. Prior roles at Novelis include various management positions focused on integrated planning, supply chain operations, and sales & operations planning, particularly within the automotive sector. Before joining Novelis, Scott spent 13 years at Rio Tinto Alcan in roles such as Operations and Inventory Planning Manager, managing master planning for multiple manufacturing sites. Scott's career began at Alcan, where Scott progressed from Production Operator to Operations Manager. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
