Einat Anidjar

Einat Anidjar is a seasoned operations and supply chain professional currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Novella since August 2025. Prior experience includes leadership roles at TopGum Industries as Head of Supply Chain, where Einat managed key operational processes, and at SodaStream International, Ltd. as Head of Production & Capacity Planning, focusing on enhancing operational flexibility and data management. Einat also held notable positions at Lycored, first as Head of Global Supply Chain and subsequently as Global Demand and S&OP Leader, where strategies and processes were established for effective production and procurement management. Einat's career began in the Economics Department at Lycored, where responsibilities included sales analysis and financial reporting. Einat holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
