Kobi Avidan is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Novella, specializing in the development of IntactCell Technology for highly concentrated bioactivated plant cells. Prior to Novella, Kobi founded AGRIKOB Holdings LTD, offering consulting services for agricultural research projects. He also co-founded BreedX LTD, a leading breeding platform for superior vegetable varieties. Additionally, Kobi has experience in business development and entrepreneurship in the agricultural industry, as well as in global operations management and research and development operations at Hazera Genetics. Kobi has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Management from Hifa University.
