Efrat Vasilnitzky

Efrat Vasilnitzky, CPA, currently serves as Corporate Controller at NOVELSAT since April 2020, reporting directly to the CFO and overseeing the management of accounting records, financial reporting, and budgeting processes in accordance with USGAAP. Prior to this role, Efrat held the position of Financial Controller at GreenRoad from February 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities included preparation of financial statements, cash flow management, revenue recognition, and budgeting analysis. Efrat began the career as a Senior Associate at PwC Israel from September 2014 to January 2018, focusing on financial statement audits and compliance with SOX controls. Efrat holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from UCLA and has additional education from Tel Aviv University.
