Joav Avtalion

Dr. Joav Avtalion is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Country General Manager at PRS Geo Technologies since April 2022, Dr. Avtalion also holds a position on the Board of Directors at Novelsat Ltd., which is recognized for its advanced satellite link technology. As a cofounder and director of Alometrics, Dr. Avtalion focuses on establishing business ties between Israeli high-tech firms and partners in Spain, Europe, and Latin America. Previous roles include President at Calvia Social SL, Owner of Michal Negrin Palma, and various leadership positions in multiple companies specializing in strategy and business development from 1998 to 2012. Dr. Avtalion earned a PhD in Philosophy from Bar-Ilan University, an MBA in International Finance from Tel Aviv University's Recanati School of Business, and a BSc in Mathematics, Physics, and Biology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
