Brian Parker has extensive work experience in the sales and business development field. Brian started their career as a Key Account Manager at Conwood Sales Co in 1998, where they successfully launched the Grizzly brand and played a key role in making Grizzly Long Cut Wintergreen the top smokeless tobacco product. In 2007, they became the Director of Regional Strategic Accounts at American Snuff Company, managing a team and achieving over 90% retail distribution for eight national products in the Midwest. Brian then joined R.J. Reynolds as a National Account Executive in 2010, leading the company's overall sales and growth in several categories. Finally, in 2012, they became the Vice President of Special Markets and Business Development at Novelty, Inc., where they were responsible for prospecting, winning new business, developing and managing national accounts, and implementing sales strategies to grow revenue in various channels. Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated their skills in negotiation, product launches, customer service, and team management.

Brian Parker attended Ball State University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a focus on Sales and Promotions. Additionally, they pursued further education at the Ball State University - Miller College of Business, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing.
