Karen Njeim

Karen Njeim, HRMP, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Senior Director of People and Culture at Novelus since May 2017, following a progressive career that includes roles as Director of People and Culture and Senior Human Resources Manager. Previously, Karen held the position of Human Resources Manager at Morgan International from October 2011 to April 2017, focusing on enhancing organizational goals through effective HR planning, recruitment, talent management, and employee relations. Karen's early experience includes serving as a Senior HR Officer at Antaki GPPK Holding, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, payroll processes, and HR policy development, and a Recruitment Officer at Arabian Centers, specializing in staffing requirements and candidate screening. Karen holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Holy Spirit University, USEK in Lebanon.
