Felix Ventura

Felix Ventura is an experienced production professional with a robust background in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Production Manager and Chief of Production at Novem Group since March 2014, Felix oversees the cutting and forming processes of aluminum and has successfully implemented programs on Macrodyne, Rocher, and Aida presses. Prior to this role, Felix worked at KIRCHHOFF Automotive from August 2010 to March 2014 as a Process Engineer, where responsibilities included engineering changes required by clients and coordinating staff in stamping areas. Felix holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Integrated Quality and Manufacturing Systems from Instituto Tecnologico de Queretaro, a Master's in Business Administration specializing in Quality and Productivity from Universidad Tecmilenio, and has completed additional certifications in Quality, Productivity, and Management Skills from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
