Oliver Lenk is a seasoned professional with significant experience in sales, business development, and innovations within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager Sales Business Development & Innovations and Global Key-Account-Manager at Novem Group since March 2017, Oliver Lenk manages the global business unit for several international OEM customers, including Volvo, Polestar, Zeekr, Geely, and Jaguar Land Rover. Previous roles include Quotation Manager, leading commercial coordination and negotiations for Daimler, and Calculation Expert Purchasing, focusing on cost management for automotive interior components. Prior to Novem Group, Oliver Lenk worked as a Tooling Engineer at PWK Präzisionswerkzeugfabrik Kirchenlamitz GmbH & Co. KG, overseeing the production and maintenance of precision tools. Oliver Lenk holds an Industriemeister degree in Personnel Management from Private Technische Lehranstalt Eckert Regenstauf, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
