Roberto Romero

Roberto Romero started their career as a Process Engineer at Phelps Dodge from March 2007 to June 2011, where Roberto coordinated the implementation of continuous improvement tools to reduce plant waste. Roberto then moved on to Novem Group in June 2011, where Roberto continues to work as a Process Engineer and Quality Engineer. In their current role, Roberto oversees contributions to projects for companies like Mercedes Benz, Ford, Nissan, and Lexus, and controls production and process timing for these projects.
