Nassima Bougherara

Nassima Bougherara is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in recruitment and career management. Currently serving as an HrX Specialist at NOVENCIA Group since September 2017, Nassima oversees the entire recruitment process from identifying needs to onboarding new employees. Responsibilities also include collaborating with managers to support employee career development through training programs and HR follow-ups. Prior experience at ON-X Groupe from November 2016 to August 2017 included talent acquisition roles, working closely with operational managers in specialized domains such as software engineering and project management. Earlier experience at Talan further solidified skills in recruitment practices. Nassima holds a degree from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC).
