Arpana Jaiswal

Arpana Jaiswal currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Umbrella Infocare, a Noventiq Company, since February 2022, while also holding the title of Head of Human Resources at Umbrella Infocare since January 2019. With a comprehensive background in human resources, Arpana has extensive experience in managing HR functions, developing employee policies, and fostering organizational change. Previous roles include HR Manager at First Tek, Inc., and Assistant Manager of HR at Inspirisys Solutions Limited, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end HR activities and team management. Arpana's educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management Studies, Noida, as well as a Bachelor's of Science and a PG Diploma in Computer Application from Guru Ghasidas University.
