Pavel Weinmeister

Pavel Weinmeister has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and project management. Pavel started their career at Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) as a Lead Software Developer and Data Scientist, where they secured funding for a research and development project and published multiple papers on fracture modeling. Pavel then joined Noveo Group, where they held various roles including System Analyst, Technical Project Manager, Head of Department, and Head of Project Management Office. In these positions, they managed projects for European and Russian clients, optimized departmental processes, led the development of internal products, and conducted interviews and performance reviews. Pavel has demonstrated a strong track record in project management, technical expertise, and leadership skills throughout their career.

Pavel Weinmeister has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) earned between 2008 and 2012. Pavel then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at NSTU between 2012 and 2014. Following their Master's degree, Pavel worked as a Researcher at NSTU specializing in Theoretical and applied informatics from 2014 to 2018. More recently, in 2019, they completed their education with a Candidate of Science - PhD in Computer Engineering from the Siberian State University of Telecommunications and Information Science.
